Designing human interactions within a virtual environment can sometimes feel like the Wild West. The process can be exciting since there are brand new concepts to explore and standards to be defined; but it can also be rather daunting since there’s more room for error and missteps. While working closely with developers is also a must for designers, it’s even more important with VR projects because of the translation of 2D elements into 3D. Below is a collection of VR interface elements that I designed for a Rheumatology VR Suite experience which was used as part of a biopharmaceutical client’s trade show booth.
